California Here We Come

Royal Thames is competing for the Baldwin Cup.

Four on Four Team Racing, Newport Harbor Yacht Club (NHYC), Long Beach, California

April 7th-10th, 2011

Nine US teams and RTYC, the only international yacht club participating, will race against two teams from NHYC this April for the Baldwin Cup.  This event is fully umpired, 4 v 4 team racing and is sailed in Harbor 20's, a 2-man keel boat. 

In order to accommodate the overwhelming interest to compete, the NHYC has expanded to three fleets of boats allowing for a 12-team line up. 

This spectator-friendly regatta will be sailed in a vacated mooring field directly in front of the NHYC main dock, a perfect place to watch the action with friends, if you are in the vicinity.
