J80 Fleet Racing 6th Feb

This is very much a day to come along and see what all the buzz is about. Either get your own team together or come along and be allocated into a made up crew on the day.

Find out for yourself why so many Thames members give up their Sunday in bed for such great and exciting sailing.

The event starts at 9am with a briefing as we will be finished by dusk at 4pm.

Additionally, by popular demand we are holding a J80 Speed session on Saturday 5th February.

We have arranged for a top RYA keel boat coach from the south coast to provide a day's coaching on maximising speed in the J80s. Training starts at 9am at Queen Mary top deck and the aim of the day is to get the most out of the boats, giving you the edge up and down wind. Miss this and forever be at the back of the fleet!
