Royal London YC Cowes Week Passes

Our Club enjoys full reciprocity with Royal London YC in Cowes and (by definition) vice versa. Recognising the heightened pressures on Clubhouse facilities during Cowes Week, members of both Clubs are required by the Royal London YC General Committee to carry with them when in the Royal London clubhouse their Club membership card.  In addition, any non-Member guests introduced by Members are required to wear a Cowes Week Guest badge, the better that they might be recognised as legitimate visitors, especially by temporary staff employed during the Week. Guest badges are available from the Knightsbridge Secretariat and will be available on the door in Cowes.  Security staff on the door in Cowes will have an RTYC Members List so that any RTYC Member arriving without their Membership card may have their claim to membership verified, but in such a case they will be given and may be asked to wear a Cowes Week badge.

ROYAL THAMES MEMBERS HAVING WITH THEM THEIR RTYC MEMBERSHIP CARD - IN COMMON WITH ROYAL LONDON MEMBERS HAVING WITH THEM THEIR OWN MEMBERSHIP CARD - ARE NOT REQUIRED TO WEAR A VISITOR'S BADGE WHILE IN THE ROYAL LONDON YACHT CLUB.
