The fourth of our Farr 45 weekends, an action packed two days with up to 8 races and NO discards allowed

This elegant late-19th century German silver vase was presented by His Imperial Majesty the German Emperor to the winner of the Ocean Race held on 28th June 1895 to mark the opening of the Kiel Canal. The race was won by the cutter Dorothy (22 tons) owned by Royal Thames YC member Sydney F Staples.

This weekend is the final regatta in the Royal Thames Farr 45 inshore series. Two days of windward/ leeward racing.
