Talk at 60 Knightsbridge 'Brian Thompson' — 31 March '10

Brian is a professional racer and is famous for solo racing in the IMOCA 60 class and has completed two Vendee Globes most recently sailing ‘Pindar’. 

Brian has also taken part in many other races and hasbroken numerous records including the round the world record aboard ‘Playstation’, the Volvo with ‘ABN Amro’ and most recently the Transat Jacques Varbre sailing with Dee Cafari, to name just a few. He has many interesting tales to tell and we are very lucky that he has taken time out of his busy schedule to come and talk to members of the RTYC.

The talk will begin at 6.45pm.
