Royal Thames Cumberland Cruise — 27 June '10

27 June –03 July

More than a Meet, but not quite a Rally, our annual Cruise rounds out the Cumberland Regatta...

This will be the second Cumberland Cruise and this year will be led by Peter Innes-Kerr, Captain of Cruising.  The Cruise is an opportunity for club members to sail and casually socialise together following the Cumberland Regatta and in particular encourages those who - through whatever reason - might not have time or inclination to undertake a longer Rally to venture further afield than they otherwise might. This year it is organised to accompany yachts across the Channel as far as Guernsey and then to form a smaller fleet returning to The Solent.  This should give us the opportunity to make the crossing by day in company, to enjoy each others' yachts and to explore Alderney, Herm and Sark. Subject as ever to weather.
