Dates: Saturday/ Sunday 27th/ 28th March 2010

Venue: Queen Mary Sailing Club, Ashford Road, Staines, London.

Entry fee: £320 per team;

Requirements: 8 top team racing sailors, 4 per boat;

Boats: J80s

Programme:

Registration: 0830 at QMSC;

Skippers' Briefing: 0900;

First start: 1000

The event can accommodate up to 10 teams. Entry is by invitation if the entry list is over-subscribed.  This event has been designated an observed selection trial for the GBR team for this year's British-American Cup.Crews wishing to be considered for the BA Cup squad may be considered as individuals, as combined together in one crew (probably the ideal) or as a two-boat unit (the BA Cup is 4 x 4). Note that the old requirement that teams represent RYA-affilliated clubs has been withdrawn.  Now that this is the RYA Open Championship, teams may be of any constitution.
