The ever popular Laying Up Dinner this year happens to fall on Trafalgar Day.

We will, therefore, be serving a Trafalgar themed menu and will welcome       Admiral Sir Ian Forbes, KCB, CBE, Chairman of the Naval Review, as our guest speaker.

While serving, Admiral Forbes commanded 4 warships and was engaged in

conflict and crisis operations off Iceland, the Falklands, in the Gulf and in the Adriatic. His  last post before retiring in 2004 was Supreme Allied Commander Atlantic.

A sell-out last year, tickets for this year’s Laying Up Dinner are going fast already, so book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
